Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts are available:
- A second child will receive a 5% discount on tuition only.
- A third child will receive a 10% discount on tuition only.
Incidental Expenses
A charge of R1 400 for incidentals is levied every term to cover the following: stationery allowance, loan of text and exercise books, photocopying, entertainment, routine medical attention, sport and cultural catering, upkeep of the Chapel, Old Boys Membership, School Magazine, School Photos, and routine transport requirements.

Additional Charges
Fees are charged as per the teacher/coach concerned – music (violin, clarinet, drums, saxophone, piano, etc), sport (tennis, swimming, cricket, rugby) and academic support (remediation, OT therapy).
This is available to Grade RRR, RR and R at no charge and at a cost of R1 308 per term or R41 per afternoon for Grade 1 and Grade 2. Grade 3 boys may attend aftercare at a cost of R628 per term or R33 per afternoon. Lunch is provided at a cost of R1 698 per term or R37 per lunch. Kindly notify the School, at the start of each term, should you wish to provide your son with his own lunch. The Application Form is available on the school APP.
Transport and other costs for special events, tours, etc will be charged separately.
Lunch is provided at a cost of R1 925 per term, or part thereof, or R47 per lunch. Kindly notify the School, at the start of each term, should you wish to provide your son with his own lunch.
An annual premium is charged for compulsory Accident Insurance. This is R815 for Grade RRR, RR and R and R1 265 for Grades 1 – 7.
A once off linen fee of R380 is charged to new boarders.
A boarding rate of R575 a day will be charged for pupils staying at school for short periods, up to one week per term. A daily rate of R335 will be charged for boys who stay overnight for School functions such as play rehearsals.
A voluntary contribution of R525 per term, per family, is suggested, or any stipulated amount, to assist with capital expenditure and special projects. The payment of this amount is treated as a donation to an educational establishment in terms of S18A of the Income Tax Act. Should parents not wish to contribute please notify the School at the start of the year. Should parents require a S18A certificate, kindly contact Kalai Naidoo on debtors@cordwalles.co.za.
Payment of Fees
Annually:
If the 2026 annual Tuition fees are paid in full by 31st December 2025 a 5% discount is offered on Tuition fees. Queries should be addressed to Kalai Naidoo : debtors@cordwalles.co.za.
Via Debit Order:
Fees are payable monthly over a 10-month period by debit order or alternatively may be paid quarterly IN ADVANCE by debit order. Failed debit orders carry a charge of R105.
Please Note:
- All extra expenses will be charged on a monthly basis and required to be paid on presentation of the account.
- Any overdue amounts will be charged interest at the maximum prescribed rate in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
- All accounts are to be settled by the end of October for any given year.
- Should your account fall into arrears a letter of demand, giving notice will be sent to you, indicating that you are in breach of the contract and unless satisfactory arrangements for payment of the arrears are made within 14 days, the account will be handed over to the School Attorney’s for collection and exclusion will take place.
- A full term’s notice, in writing, or one term’s fees in lieu thereof, is required before withdrawal of a pupil from school and/or the Boarding House.
