Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-orientated, organised and professional Finance & Human Resource Administrator to join our Finance and Administration team. The successful candidate will support the Bursar in the effective management of the School’s financial and human resource functions.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively and committed to contributing positively to the broader life and values of Cordwalles.
Key Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Human Resources or Business Administration
- Relevant experience in Finance and Human Resource administration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in this field
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Experience with financial procedures including budgets, management accounts, compliance and risk management
- Understanding of Human Resource processes including employee engagement and Human Resource compliance
- Proficiency in Pastel, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Experience within an educational environment would be an advantage
- Awareness of and commitment to the school’s values and ethos
