There are a number of facilities and venues available for hire at Cordwalles, for birthdays, parties and weddings. Cordwalles families, past and present, Old Boys, as well as members of the public, can enquire about venue hire using the contact form below.
Birthday parties can be hosted at Cordwalles, at any of the following venues around the school:
- Andrew Rattray Pre-primary (Inky)
- Pennington Pavilion (Oval Field)
- Outdoor Centre (no electricity)
- Centenary Pavilion at Gibson’s (no electricity)
These venues can be booked for a morning, an afternoon or a full day:
- Morning: 09h00 – 12h30
- Afternoon: 13h30 – 17h00
- Full Day: 09h00 – 17h00

Public: R1800
Full day: R2600

Pennington Pavilion at the Oval Field

Adult function / party: R3500 + Security Guard (R750)
